Draft for review
This document is an initial draft. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and is not legal advice. Sections marked “to be confirmed” need details from Riemora before publication.
This policy explains what information the Riemora website at riemora.tech collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is deliberately simple: it has no user accounts, no advertising and no analytics.
Who is responsible
The website is operated by Riemora. Legal entity name, registered address and a contact address for privacy requests: to be confirmed.
Information you send us
When you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, and optionally your company, project type, budget range and a description of your project. This is used only to read and reply to your inquiry and to discuss a potential project with you.
The form sends your message to Riemora by email through Resend, an email delivery provider, which processes the message on our behalf in order to deliver it.
Information collected automatically
- Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to serve and protect the site.
- Abuse protection. When you submit the contact form, your IP address is held briefly in server memory to limit repeated submissions. It is not stored in a database and is discarded within about ten minutes.
The website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tools. If that changes, this policy will be updated before those tools are added.
Legal basis
Where data protection law such as the UK or EU GDPR or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act applies, we process inquiry data to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and keeping the site secure. Confirmation of the applicable bases for each jurisdiction: to be confirmed.
How long we keep it
Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if a project follows, for the duration of that relationship and any legal record-keeping period. Specific retention periods: to be confirmed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to a data protection authority. To make a request, contact us using the details above.
International transfers
Our hosting and email providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Details of transfer safeguards: to be confirmed.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated.
